The Auction will Be Conducted At: Vice's Community Center 6377 Moorefield Rd., Moorefield KY 40311. Auction signs will be posted.

Tract I (Maloney Farm)consists of 100+/- acres. This farm has over 1/2 mile of road frontage. City water. tobacco barn, some woods and Ritchie fountains.

Tract II (Home Place) consists of 108+/- acres. This tract has a 2 story farm house with blacktop drive, concrete block garage, tobacco & livestock barn, silo, corn crib, city water and good fencing.

Tract III (Rack Barn) consists of 148+/- acres. This farm has a working cattle handling facility, city water, road frontage, some woods, 2 barns, a pond, water fountains and average to good fencing.

Tract IV (Irvin Farm) consists of 174+/- acres. This farm has creek frontage, young timber and woodland with 1 barn. 113+/- acres are located in Nicholas Co and 61+/- in Bath Co.
