Note: We will be accepting consignments starting Fri., Feb. 27th through Thur., March 6th, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily. Deliver your items anytime during these hours.

Commission rates: Progressive rates at 10% up to $1,000 per item, then 7% over $1,000 per item; $750 maximum per item; $25 minimum per item. $25 no sale fee per item. 5% cost to all buyers
Terms: Full Payments due on the day of auction. We accept Cash, good check, or credit card with 4% convenience fee day of sale.
Kentucky State sales tax of 6% will be added to those items that are not farm exempt or resale exempt. Buyers that do not have a Kentucky Agriculture Exemption (AE) or a resale exempt will be charged sales tax. Buyers that are out of Kentucky are required to have a Kentucky out of state farm exemption (OAE) as well. This agriculture exemption document may be obtained from the Kentucky Department of Revenue, phone 502-564-5170.
